Your hard work will pay off once you present this wonderful dish in front of your guest.  Ask your butcher for 350g of Hereford beef ox cheek that has been trimmed of sinew. Hereford Steak with Balsamic Sauce – Serves 2 People

Steak is a great option to choose if you want a delicious meal without slaving away in the kitchen. Serve the steak with chunky homemade chips and salad.
